JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish yearly calendaring for HR consultancy and Training Programs
- Establish good rapport with clients to achieve great customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of HR documentation and face to face meet-up with clients.
- Handling and coordinate seminars and consultation functions.
- Able to speak in public and analytical in thinking.
- Well-versed in all employment-related Act.
- IT savvy and understanding of simple programming will be an advantage.
- Able to converse and write in Mandarin, BM and English.
- Able to travel from time to time, and work flexibly.
- Minimum Degree in any field, minimum 3 years of working experience, male.
