  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, skill gaps, and development opportunities within their teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans.
  • Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, retention, and a positive work culture.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments and develop training programs to address skill gaps and promote professional development.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles, preferably in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and actions.
