Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles, preferably in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
