1. To ensure availability and establishment of approved MSRCF provided by PMT 2. Manage and lead preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) until approval stage by relevant parties as well as other parts of HUC Process Flow (as stipulated in approved HUC Handbook) 3. Manage and lead cost estimate for Hook Up & Commissioning activities (refer to Malaysia Offshore Construction Manhours Manual and previous NPTs database) 4. Manage & coordinate with PMT-RE the delivery of AFC package so that WOR can be prepared and submitted to appointed HUC Contractor 5. Manage and lead the received WOP i.e. arrange a WOP Challenge session to discuss technical and commercial terms until they are agreed and approved. 6. Manage and lead the WO issuance 7. Manage and lead during workpack preparation i.e. STQ, AFC drawing, offshore workscoping etc. 8. Manage and lead the execution strategy (onshore and offshore) i.e. determining the suitability of marine spread requirement etc. 9. Manage and lead any FI, COP and CO 10. Manage and lead the tracking of HUC Daily Project Resource Cost Database 11. Manage and lead any RCP under WO B, C and D (comply to governance) 12. Manage and ensure the readiness of those resources from WO A, B, C and D 13. Manage and lead the NPT tracking and reporting for the onshore fabrication and offshore execution 14. Manage and lead the preparation of monthly HUC project update (cut off every Friday end of the month \xe2\x80\x93 refer to template provided by HUC Services) 15. Manage and lead weekly/bi-weekly progress meeting with PMT, Contractors and other related SH. 16. Manage and lead stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management \xe2\x80\x93 Operation Representative i.e. OE, TE, TM, OIM, Platform Superintendent, Operation Technician, Logistic etc. which might require interface/syndication of the project 17. Manage and lead own Project HSE Plan Onshore and Offshore until approval and prepare risk assessment (RA) for the activities to be carried out. 18. Manage and lead the approval process of any critical activities\xe2\x80\x99 procedure (heavy lift, lifting Plan, Confined Space Entry (CSE), Working at Height (WAH), commissioning etc.) 19. Manage and assist the contractor to set the pre SD, SD and Post SD scope as well as finding suitable project material and ensure those related materials are ready (check MSR) 20. Manage and lead the follow up process for project material readiness (Consumable, WO B and WO D) 21. Participate as HUC rep for any Operation TA meeting i.e. TARA, TARR, TASCO, etc. 22. Manage and lead workpack approval (consist of planning package, Jobcards, spading & Isolation plan, Critical Procedure, HSE procedure, HSE Plan etc.) 23. Manage and lead the approval process of HSE related procedures (HSEMS, ERP, Incident Investigation Report, Mandatory Control Framework (MCF) etc.)
