JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Manage overall process of recruitment and hiring include advertise job vacancy, screening candidate, arrange and conduct interview, do background verification.
Conduct induction session and prepare employment contract for new staff, probation letter and renewal contract.
Follow up and liaise with government statutory bodies, update every month contribution- EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
Coordinate and process monthly payroll of employee by checking the attendance, phone bill and summons, to do salary deduction if required.
Collect and review expenses claim from all staff (HQ, Regional) every month, ensure claim submitted are thoroughly checked before submitted to Finance Department.
Monitor staff attendance and leave application, also upkeep all medical claim records.
Conduct initial stage of disciplinary actions by issuing the respective letter; reminder, warning or show cause.
Involve with domestic inquiry issue of problematic staff, prepare related documents.
Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR procedures and policies.
Review, update and maintain proper filing of every staff personal file and other documents.
Prepare the acceptance resignation of staff and conduct exit interview on last day of particular staff working.
Carries out other related duties and ad-hoc assignments asrequired when directed by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
