Responsibilities:
To be responsible for timely processing of payroll and to ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions included OT and allowances
To attend to all workers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries (such as hostel issue, workers issue, foreigner documentation renewal, CIDB renewal, etc)
To assist in implementing, review HR policies & procedure and orientation
To handle office expenses such as items purchase with cash & pay bills
Register and renew business license
To handle security, cleanliness, maintenance of internal office and etc
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leave and insurance)
Solid communication skills
Able to work under stress and tight timelines
Able to join immediately will be an added advantage
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
