Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or other related field.
At least 2 year experiences in managing a range of Human Resources Operations.
Familiar to payroll software (SQL) will be added advantage.
Knowledge of all statutory and employment laws related to human resources management will be added advantage
Good customer-service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and staff requests.
Able to work with minimal supervision and be able to cope with any ad hoc task.
Tanggungjawab
Implement recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of human resources to meet the organization\'s business needs.
Prepare payroll by calculating attendance and maintaining payroll records.
Handle matters related to EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDC and JTK.
Assist in the establishment and improvement of the system: According to the actual situation of the company\'s development, assist in formulating rules and regulations that are compatible with the company.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Ensure that the department\'s filing system is well-organized and easily traceable.
Liaise with government authorities such as new license applications or renewals and tenancy agreement.
Complete various tasks assigned by superiors.
