  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes of meeting.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired contractors.
  • Help develop and implement the company\xe2\x80\x99s diversity initiatives and strategies to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace.
  • Manage and oversee the employee recognition program.
  • Organize employee special events, including but not limited to team building, holiday events, and company outings.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
