Job Description

i) Recruitment: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization and retain existing talented employees. 2. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure that the organization has access to top talent 3. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance 4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes to evaluate candidates\' qualifications and fit with the organization in a timely and efficient manner 5. Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. 6. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners 7. Conduct and manage employee induction, onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including applicant tracking and candidate files. 9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. ii) Training and Development: 1. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 2. Develop and deliver training programs for employees, including orientation, skills training, and leadership development. 3. Conduct and identify training needs assesment to develop training programs to address those needs. 4. Coordinate and deliver training programs to employees at all levels of the organization 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement 6. Work with managers to develop individual development plans for employees. 7. Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization\'s objectives 8. Develop and maintain a training calendar to ensure that employees have access to the training they need to succeed in their roles. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records. 10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. iii) Industrial Relations: 1. Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to maintain positive relationships between the company, employees, and relevant stakeholders. 2. Develop and implement policies and programs that promote positive employee relations and comply with relevant laws and regulations. 3. Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. 4. Provide advice and support to managers and employees on employment legislation, company policies, and procedures. 5. Provide advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues. 6. Investigate and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a timely and fair manner. 7. Manage relationships with labor unions and other external partners. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date grievance and disciplinary records. 9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
