Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talented individuals.
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including orientation and training.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
2. Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the company and develop and implement training programs to address those needs.
Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
3. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving employee grievances.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that employee records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including employee benefits, salary administration, and performance management.
Provide support to the performance management process, including monitoring and tracking employee performance.
Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
5. Human Resource Administration:
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, HR databases, and HR reports.
Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
