Responsibilities

1. Recruitment:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talented individuals.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including orientation and training.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
2. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the company and develop and implement training programs to address those needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
3. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving employee grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that employee records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including employee benefits, salary administration, and performance management.
  • Provide support to the performance management process, including monitoring and tracking employee performance.
  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
5. Human Resource Administration:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, HR databases, and HR reports.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
