Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduated Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Have good patience in handling employee issue.
Required Skill (s) : Good Knowledge in office administration , events organizing.
Responsibilities
Listen & handling employee\'s grievances by providing counselling and advice from Human Resources point of view and ensure that employees are motivated.
Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
Define and implement strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent across the organization with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
Manage HR operations processes including payroll, performance review, compensation reviews and planning, benefits administration, legal and regulatory compliance.
Conducting investigation and domestic inquiries upon receipt of complaints or report on indiscipline.
Supports HR training and functional processes covering the employee life cycle, such as performance development, reward, succession planning, selection and retention, engagement.
Responsible for administration and HR documentation.
