This job is responsible for day to day human resource operational work
Responsible for Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (eg. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data)
Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
Providing feedback to drive continious improvemen

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle is a necessity as is experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance
HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply
Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments
Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially
Proficient in HR systems (SuccessFactors), Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
Language skills (Japanese @ JLPT N3) is a MUST
Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus
