Assist in the processing of monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
Monitor staff attendance and prepare monthly reports.
Manage statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, and HRDF.
Maintain and update staff movement records, leave records, and personnel files.
Implement & coordinate employee training programs and maintain documentation.
Support policy development and documentation initiatives.
Facilitate company-wide committees and HR-related events.
Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmations, terminations, and other HR matters.
Implement procedures for document management, workflow, filing, and office supplies.
Support the staff annual appraisal process.
Administration:
Assist in the registration and renewal of staff insurance.
Receive, verify, and process staff claims through the HRSB ONE system.
Maintain and update company credentials and official documents regularly.
Organize and maintain filing systems, including insurance, office equipment, service maintenance, transport, company certificates, project LOAs, and more.
Oversee office maintenance and equipment management.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Admin or a related field
Preferable with 2 - 3 years working experience in similar position
Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
