Assist in preparing and updating HR documents and employee files
Prepare letters and memos such as warning letters, offer letters, and notices
Support basic recruitment tasks (screening candidates, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews)
Handle daily administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and other HR-related matters
Support claims, overtime, and payroll-related tasks
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR/Admin department
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree student in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Able to start immediately
Responsible, disciplined, and a good team player
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
