Manager, Human Resources & Administration



Position Summary



The Manager, Human Resources & Administration (HR&A) is a senior-level leadership role responsible for driving human capital strategies that align with I Vetworks Group's mission and growth trajectory. This individual will lead the full spectrum of HR and Administrative operations-including organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and compliance.

A key performance focus will be designing and driving KPI systems and talent development matrices across all functions and outlets, ensuring a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence. The Manager will also lead and enhance administrative processes for operational efficiency across group companies.

Key Responsibilities



1- Strategic Human Capital Leadership



- Develop, implement, and continuously improve group-wide HR policies, SOPs, and systems.

- Translate business strategy into human capital initiatives, aligning with company goals and culture.

- Advise BOD and top management on HR trends, talent insights, and workforce planning.

2- Performance Management & KPIs



- Lead the design and rollout of KPI frameworks for all departments, clinics, and corporate units.

- Monitor and audit KPI adherence quarterly, offering insights and strategic HR actions.

- Collaborate with department heads to set SMART performance objectives and scorecards.

3- Talent Development & Workforce Planning



- Build and implement a Talent Development Matrix that includes skills gap analysis, succession planning, and training roadmaps.

- Champion career pathways, promotions, and mentorship programs for high-potential employees.

- Oversee onboarding, learning & development (L&D), and leadership development programs.

4- HR Operations & Compliance



- Oversee core HR processes: payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor law and veterinary-related HR regulations.

- Establish grievance and disciplinary procedures to ensure fairness and transparency.

5- Administrative Oversight



- Manage company-wide general administration, including office operations, asset management, licenses, and company legal documents.

- Establish SOPs for Operation and Management group [MS ISO], logistics, maintenance, and resource utilization.

- Lead improvements in digital documentation and filing systems across outlets and HQ.

6- People & Culture Champion



- Foster a values-driven, purpose-led, inclusive work culture.

- Collaborate on internal engagement campaigns, townhalls, and HR branding.

- Lead internal surveys and action plans to strengthen Gen Z, millennial, and multi-generational engagement.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Minimum 6-10 years of HR experience

; at least 3 years in a managerial/strategic role. Proven track record in

performance management systems, KPIs design, and talent mapping.

Deep knowledge of

Malaysian employment law

and HR best practices. Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities. Experience with digital HR systems (HRMS, payroll tools, L&D platforms).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
