Job Description

Implement and uphold best practices across key HR functions, including Training, Recruitment, IR, HR Handbook, Company policies, and Court case. Develop, manage, and enhance the overall manpower planning framework to support organizational goals and workforce efficiency. Ensure all HR activities are executed effectively and in full compliance with established SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements



Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in core HR portfolios (Training, Recruitment). Proven hands-on experience in HR operations and administration. Strong knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best HR practices. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
