Knowledge of Labour Law, Employment Act and payroll administration procedures.
Conversant with the Employment, EPF, SOCSO and Industrial Relations Act.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations and payroll.
Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal, on boarding process/ orientation and exit interview.
Able to handle matters related to foreign workers including renewal of permit, arrangement for FOMEMA, hostel administration & etc.
Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc.
Implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
To organize company events such as annual dinner.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma/bachelor degree in Human Resource Management with several years related working experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage.
Proficient in Computer skills.
Fluent in both verbal and written English, able to converse in mandarin would be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
