Job Description


  • Knowledge of Labour Law, Employment Act and payroll administration
    procedures.
  • Conversant with the Employment, EPF, SOCSO and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations and payroll.
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal, on boarding process/ orientation and exit interview.
  • Able to handle matters related to foreign workers including renewal of permit, arrangement for FOMEMA, hostel administration & etc.
  • Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc.
  • Implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
  • To organize company events such as annual dinner.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma/bachelor degree in Human Resource Management with several years related working experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Computer skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English, able to converse in mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
