Job Responsibilities
  • To be involved in the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Assist to prepare, compile and filling related HR reports or documentations;
  • To assist in foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 applications and work or hostel permits;
  • Do a routine checking on employees, hostels etc;
  • Calculate and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Issue various HR-related letters, such as employment letters and warning letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Handle co-ordination of jobs with inter-department;
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by Manager.
