Received job applications and record all employee\xe2\x80\x99s information in HR Quickpay accurately
Responsible in preparing Letter of Appointment
Monitor and maintain all supporting document to comply with ISO
To update HRMS system accordingly.
To control master filling for every section in HR Department.
To assist all section on submission of document when necessary, such as prepare and received Comail from branch and distribution of document in HQ.
To ensure all stationary in HR & Training Department is sufficient.
Any other duties as allocated by superior, including functional responsibilities and special task.
Requirements :
Qualifications: Min of SPM or STPM.
Experience: Fresh or at least 1 years of experience in related field.
Skills:
- Effective communication skills in BM & BI, both verbal and written. - Possess good management and documentation skills. - IT literate-Good in excel and windows power. - Detail oriented.
Others:
- Proactive, highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure. - Dedicated to excellence, with a strong work ethic.
Option: The discrepancy of the above shall be offset by training which including OJT (On Job Training).
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
