Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Received job applications and record all employee\xe2\x80\x99s information in HR Quickpay accurately
  • Responsible in preparing Letter of Appointment
  • Monitor and maintain all supporting document to comply with ISO
  • To update HRMS system accordingly.
  • To control master filling for every section in HR Department.
  • To assist all section on submission of document when necessary, such as prepare and received Comail from branch and distribution of document in HQ.
  • To ensure all stationary in HR & Training Department is sufficient.
  • Any other duties as allocated by superior, including functional responsibilities and special task.
Requirements :
  • Qualifications: Min of SPM or STPM.
  • Experience: Fresh or at least 1 years of experience in related field.
  • Skills:
- Effective communication skills in BM & BI, both verbal and written. - Possess good management and documentation skills. - IT literate-Good in excel and windows power. - Detail oriented.
  • Others:
- Proactive, highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure. - Dedicated to excellence, with a strong work ethic.
  • Option: The discrepancy of the above shall be offset by training which including OJT (On Job Training).
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
