Our client, a leading multinational conglomerate is searching for experienced candidates for the position of assistant human resources manager to come in and drive and assist the Human Resource function as a HR Generalist. • Conduct recruitment process from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating the candidates
• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities for the mandated positions of the assigned portfolio Here
• Maintain strong working relationship with Business HR and hiring managers in meeting ongoing recruitment needs according to approved headcount and budget and in exploring talent sourcing channel
• Prepares tax filing documentations in accordance with relevant tax legislation
• Assist various annual projects like annual salary review, bonus calculations, performance appraisal & budgeting
• Build and execute engagement plans with the organisation
• Perform full spectrum of human resources generalist and related administration duties
• Support Human Resources policy and procedure formulation and execution
• Maintain human resources information system and related databases

• Well-organised self-starter with initiative
• MS-Office skills with a focus on Excel, payroll and HRDF system experience is a plus
• Hard working detail-oriented
• 4+ years of overall work experience as a HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Labour, Compliance & Industrial Relation Laws
• Disciplinary proceeding and handling of litigation at different levels
• Have experience in compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations and training.
