REQUIREMENTS:



Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Studies/ Business Management or any related courses At least 1 years' relevant experience (plus point)a Good interpersonal skills Emotional Quotient skills is a plus Meticulous and good time management skill Possess own transport

DESCRIPTIONS:



Perform full spectrum of HR & Admin. Provide general administrative & clerical support to the management in order to ensure a positive working environment. Update, maintain and prepare documentation of new hires, staff performance, HR policy, staff records, payroll and many more. Responsible for processing company-related transactions such as purchases, payments, reimbursements, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies. Be flexible, cooperative and able to give commitment with other task if requires.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
