Maintain HR operational documents 
Handle staff salary statutory documents; payment & filing (EPF, EIS, SOCSO & Income Tax) 
Support key activities for the whole cycle of HR 
Providing clerical and administrative support 
Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. 
Interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts. 
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management 
Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc 
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encasement
