Preparing monthly payroll which includes monthly salary processing, checking expenses claims, prepare salary report, and submission of statutory contributions on time and accurate;
Yearly statutory report (Form E, EA form);
Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing
Responsible for coordinating, and implementing the HR function such as talent acquisition, staff retention program, staff welfare, performance appraisal & disciplinary issues;
Prepare correspondence such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and KPI letter.
Assist in organize company events (annual dinner, new staff orientation, birthday celebration & sports tournament).
Manage recruitment for the group including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Attend to all external & internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. E.g. Working permit renewal, insurance, living quarters, regulations etc.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
A team player with good communication skills who is also able to work independently.
Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Possess own transport, light travelling is required.
