\xef\xbb\xbfs-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues-Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance-To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.-Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.-Manage the recruitment & selection process by identifying candidates, conduct interviews and issuance of HR related letters- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.Job Requirements:-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management related discipline.-At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization-Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations-Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.-Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English-Able to work under pressure
