Join us at Be@me and invest in your smile!RequirementsJob Summary:Our Malaysia branch is opening soon and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions such as Payroll, recruitment, and employee events. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring meticulous upkeep of staff records, including attendance, overtime (OT), and leave, guaranteeing all details are current within the system.
  • Under supervision, take ownership of the monthly payroll process, final settlements, pension contributions, and the administration of other compensation and benefits-related activities.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Be actively involved in HR projects, such as organizing training sessions and administering employee benefits etc.
  • Helping organizing and managing new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Supporting the general administration of our site clinic in Johor Bahru
  • Any other HR-related ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • BSc/BA in human resource, business administration, social studies, or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources function, with strong exposure in Payroll.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Exposure in processing payroll for any of the countries Hong Kong (required), Malaysia & Singapore is desirable
This role is located in Johor Bahru, applicants must be living in Johor Bahru or looking into relocating to Johor Bahru.
