Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing offer letters, and maintaining personnel files.
Handle employee leave applications, attendance, and record updates.
Follow up and update
daily employee attendance
in the HR system; verify and approve records with supervisors.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee records accurately.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee data.
Assist with training coordination, employee engagement programs, and HR-related events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
Assist in other ad hoc HR tasks assigned by the HR Executive or Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.
Proficiency in
Bahasa Malaysia and English
(written and spoken).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in
