Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain general admin records and filling system for all invoices, agreements, purchasing requisition (PR) etc for easy reference. Monitor and keep track for purchase requisition (PR) and quotation's status, stock control and office administration's arrangement. Preparation / submission of monthly invoices to Group Finance Department without delay. Assist in executing onboarding arrangement for new joiners in compliance with internal procedure. Responsible for internal forms distribution and records updating accurately. Assist in executing and coordinating the full spectrum of employee training activities in compliance with internal procedure. Responsible for training room booking, room set up, F&B arranging and collaborating with trainer throughout the event. Responsible for internal forms distribution and records updating accurately. Submission of HRD Grant application / HRD Claim application into HRD portal promptly. Coordinating with internal departments / external vendors regularly on work-related arrangement. Liaise with insurance provider in processing the company vehicle's insurance and road tax renewal on timely basis. Assessing the cleaners and guards' work standards and performance from time to time. To assist in any ad-hoc activities as and when requested by superior.

What We're Looking For :



Computer-literacy; proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Malay. Showing commitment / initiative in work; able to cooperate and work with others as a team Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Education level:



Possess at least

Diploma in HRM

Management

, or any related discipline.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
