Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures to support company growth.
Handle labor relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Support management in manpower planning and HR strategy.
Prepare HR reports and ensure timely payroll calculation and statutory submissions.
Requirements:
Age: 22-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
