Job Description

We are seeking a HR Executive to play a pivotal role in setting up, coordinating and optimizing the HR operations for our new energy storage manufacturing plant. This role will focus on talent acquisition for DC panel fabrication and battery packs assembly, while also supporting employee compensation and benefits, KPI development, training and engagement programs. The HR Executive will provide hands-on operational support to ensure effective workforce management, enhance employee involvement, and strengthen labour competitiveness in the rapidly growing energy storage industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-



Support the setup and implementation of HR policies, systems and processes for a new manufacturing plant. Manage end to end talent acquisition activities, with a focus on technical roles in DC panel fabrication Battery packs assembly operations, Administer and support employee compensation and benefits programs. Assist in the development, monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company objectives. Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs to build technical and soft skills. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance workforce competitiveness. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations and company policies. Provide hands-on HR Operational support across all functions, including onboarding, employee relations and performance management.

QUALIFICATION:-



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR practices and compliance requirements. Good understanding of compensation & benefits administration and HR performance management systems. Excellent in recruitment for technical/manufacturing roles is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment Proficient in MS Office, exposure to HRIS systems will be an added advantage. The candidate must be willing to work in Jeram, Kuala Selangor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
