• Finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for open job positions within an organization.
• Developing job descriptions by highlight the skills, experience, and qualifications required for each job opening.
• Sourcing candidates, use various methods to source potential candidates, such as job postings, employee referrals, social media, and online job boards.
• Screening candidates by review the resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine which candidates are a good IT for the job.
• Selecting candidates, the most qualified candidates will be present to the hiring manager for consideration and make recommendations based on their assessment of the candidates.
• Extending job offers to the selected candidates and negotiate salary and other job benefits.
• Maintaining records of candidate information, job postings, and other recruitment-related data.
• Building relationship with potential candidates, employees, and other stakeholders to promote the organization\'s brand and attract top talent.
• Staying up-to-date with current recruitment trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Providing ongoing support to new hires during the onboarding process
