About the role

Work Location: Plentong, Johor Bahru
Reporting To: Process QA Manager

Key responsibilities

• Site Hygiene Lead will be involved in deploying Kerry Sanitation Standards at manufacturing site in liaison with the Regional Sanitation Team. The role will also be responsible for implementing those standards within site in conjunction with site cross functional team
• Create relationships with cross-functional team integrate robust hygiene practices into plant operations
• Provide standard insight to facilities for stored product pest management and facility pest control
• Assist site investigation, troubleshooting and recommended sound actions plan in relation to hygiene deviation and IPM
• Deploy sanitation training program and execute at site
• Assess site for compliance to corporate hygienic design, food safety and HSE standards
• Conduct Microbiological and Allergen Cleaning & Sanitation Validations for Manual cleaning methods, Clean in Place (CIP), Assisted Cleaning Systems (ACS), Clean Out of Place immersion Tanks (COP tanks) and other automated cleaning mechanisms
• Report sanitation KPI\'s and implement plans to meet Sanitation and Food Safety targets
• Prepares reports, presentations, operational documents, and other communications containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to sanitation activities subject to review and editing by higher-level staff members
• To perform task which required or assign by the superior

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Sanitation & Food Safety experience in an Operations Quality role within flavour house industry.
• Experience with prerequisite programs, HACCP, Hazard analysis, risk assessments with teams
