Role Responsibilities The CPBB ICS Programme is a multi-year journey to establish key ICS foundational controls across critical assets and systems for Standard Chartered Bank\'s, Consumer, Private and Business Banking (CPBB) business and support risk reduction to target levels acceptable to the business. Members of the CPBB ICS programme team form a centralised unit, operating to achieve these goals in close partnership with Technology, Cyber Security Services, Countries and Key Risk partners across the organisation. The ICS Programme Governance Specialist is one of the key members of the CPBB ICS Programme team, reporting into the Programme Governance & Delivery Lead for CPBB. He/she will be responsible for active oversight of the CPBB ICS Programme\'s Governance ensuring the programme is delivered as per the company\'s defined governance standards (scope, cost and time). Key Roles & Responsibilities : The responsibilities of the Programme Governance Specialist include managing the day-to-day activities in the programme management space including but not limited to providing guidance across various project streams on adherence to project management processes and governance standards, management of financials, reporting and tracking the program progress. He/she is expected to independently manage the following responsibilities: Working closely with the relevant stakeholders (Control owners, T&I, STS/CSS, Regional Leads) to manage project initiatives across the CPBB ICS Programme Ensure project management/collaboration tools like Clarity, JIRA are up to date including Project static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the Refinement Forums. Financials including close engagement with Technology partners to prepare accurate forecasts across project initiatives, maintenance of financials in bank standard programme management tools such as Clarity and ensuring financial management adheres to the defined standards via CPBB/ICS PMO teams. Coordination with T&I Chief Scrum Masters to manage Programme/Initiative resources and allocate in Clarity for timesheet booking. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Also ensure that respective project leads are well aware of the governance actions and responsibilities. Support active tracking and management of changes (scope, cost and time) across various project initiatives and ensure these follow appropriate change governance standards and are well aligned with CPBB HICS Control Owners, presented for formalisation via ICS Refinement forums, etc. Liaise with CPBB PMO and ICS TRP teams and ensure the Programme is compliant to SCB project governance standards as per new Ways of Working (nWoW). Maintain Programme artefacts and manage repositories for information and data management. Act as a one-point contact for consolidation and response of any requests for information (RFIs) oriented around programme governance during internal and/or external Audit, compliance and other applicable reviews. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. The ICS, Programme Governance Specialist should meet the following requirements: University graduate with solid experience in the banking industry, exposure of key positions in medium-large programmes and/or Change Management Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Banking and Financial services with a minimum of five years\' experience as Programme Governance / PMO. Direct experience in the Retail/CPBB business and/or Information and Cybersecurity programs will be advantageous and preferred. Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Clarity PPM and MS Office suites is necessary. Must be a self-starter who is able to initiate activities and processes to help drive the programme and projects to completion with little or no management supervision. Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes. Strong integrity, independence and resilience. Solid team player with demonstrated ability to work across multi-cultural, geographic and inter-disciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes. He/she must be able to work effectively to manage and minimise conflict, improve programme productivity and be ready to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic space given the ever-increasing demands of cyber risk management.
