Role Responsibilities
The CPBB ICS Programme is a multi-year journey to establish key ICS foundational controls across critical assets and systems for Standard Chartered Banks, Consumer, Private and Business Banking (CPBB) business and support risk reduction to target levels acceptable to the business. Members of the CPBB ICS programme team form a centralised unit, operating to achieve these goals in close partnership with Technology, Cyber Security Services, Countries and Key Risk partners across the organisation.
The ICS Programme Governance Specialist is one of the key members of the CPBB ICS Programme team, reporting into the Programme Governance & Delivery Lead for CPBB. He/she will be responsible for active oversight of the CPBB ICS Programmes Governance ensuring the programme is delivered as per the companys defined governance standards (scope, cost and time).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Programme Governance Specialist include managing the day-to-day activities in the programme management space including but not limited to providing guidance across various project streams on adherence to project management processes and governance standards, management of financials, reporting and tracking the program progress. He/she is expected to independently manage the following responsibilities:
