Looking for a career in the Banking Industry? Our Client is an International Bank looking to hire customer service advisors to support their global operations.
  • Provide exceptional telephone customer service in a timely manner whilst maintaining healthy relations with clients.
  • Answer customer\xe2\x80\x99s general enquiries, complaints, reviews, feedback through calls, live chats and emails.
  • Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least an SPM.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong command of the English language..
  • Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
