Answer customer\xe2\x80\x99s general enquiries, complaints, reviews, feedback through calls, live chats and emails.
Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.
Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least an SPM.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
Strong command of the English language..
Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
