Job Purpose

We are seeking a passionate

Implementation Consultant

to help customers design, build, and implement tailored solutions on

monday.com Work OS

. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into optimized workflows, integrations, and automations.

In this role, you will partner with the Sales team during pre-sales activities, contribute to solution design, and ensure smooth project implementation and client handovers. The ideal candidate has at least

3 years of experience

in SaaS implementation or consulting, with strong API and integration knowledge and excellent client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals before designing customized solutions on monday.com Work OS. Collaborate with Account Managers to support the sales process, including solution demonstrations and project implementation. Provide strategic consultation during pre-sales, including technical guidance, proof-of-concept builds, and implementation recommendations. Develop and manage detailed implementation plans covering onboarding, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management. Design and recommend advanced solutions leveraging monday.com APIs, app frameworks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Integromat, Unito). Act as a project manager for small to mid-sized implementations, ensuring delivery timelines and client expectations are met. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to drive adoption and user proficiency. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the implementation process. Collaborate with internal product and customer success teams to provide feedback for continuous platform improvement.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS as a Technical Consultant, Implementation Manager, Professional Services Consultant, or Technical Project Manager. Proven experience delivering complex software implementations, including discovery, solution design, and project execution. Strong knowledge of

APIs (RESTful, GraphQL)

and experience with integration tools (Zapier, Workato, Integromat, Unito, etc.). Ability to code in

Java

or

Python

; familiarity with

React

is an advantage. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with

SSO/SAML/Active Directory authentication protocols

. Customer-centric mindset with empathy, positive attitude, and high energy.

Mandarin proficiency

is an added advantage.
