About the Role

We are seeking a talented

Implementation Specialist

to help customers design, build, and implement solutions on

monday.com Work OS

. You'll work directly with clients to translate business needs into tailored workflows, integrations, and automations -- while partnering with the Sales team to support demos, solution design, and successful project handovers.

The ideal candidate has

3+ years of experience

in SaaS implementation or consulting, a strong understanding of

APIs and integrations

, and excellent

client-facing and project management

skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will provide expert consultation to customers in implementing solutions that align with their business needs using monday.com Work OS.
You will act as a

trusted advisor

, gathering and analyzing requirements, managing complex implementations, and serving as the

technical and operational bridge

between key stakeholders -- including Sales, Partners, and Customer Success.

Your responsibilities include:

Consult with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, then design tailored solutions using monday.com Work OS. Collaborate with Account Managers to support the sales process, demos, and project implementation for a smooth customer experience. Provide strategic consultation during pre-sales efforts, offering technical expertise, building proof-of-concepts, and advising on implementation approaches. Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans covering solution onboarding, API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management. Recommend and design advanced solutions leveraging monday.com APIs, app frameworks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Integromat), as well as other low-code/no-code tools. Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and customer goals are achieved. Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product teams to enhance platform functionality. Conduct end-user training sessions, workshops, and webinars to drive adoption and empower users. Provide specialized consultation for enterprise customers to define and implement solutions tailored to their unique needs. Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients throughout the implementation journey.
