Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements and objectives. Provide expert recommendations and solutions to meet client needs using B2B SaaS products. Lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions with client systems. Conduct presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions. Perform API integration and customization using Java and Python coding. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.


Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or a similar role. Strong understanding of client requirements analysis and solution recommendation. Proficiency in API integration and software customization. Experience with Java and Python coding. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and travel as required. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
