Job Description
Job Position: Import and Licensing Executive
Salary Up To RM7000
Location: Jasin Melaka
s:
- You are required to prepare, submit and obtain exemption letter from Custom (LMW).
- Prepare documentation according to custom regulations.
- To submit LMW monthly report and licensed renewal.
- To verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- To compile all completed declaration documents and ensure all are in order to handover the documents to respective destination forwarding agent.
- Maintain application of tax exemption approval within time frame.
- To ensure compliance according to the legal & regulations on reporting and declaration.
- To do other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Prior logistics/shipping experience (1 to 3 years experience).
- Prefer someone who proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (speak, read and write) as you need to translate documents.
