Job Description
Basic salary up to 3,8K + various allowances + good benefit Monthly intake and immediately interview arrangement Walking distance from main LRT Contact Centre Environment (24x7) with training provided 5 working days per week & work from officeDegree fresh graduate with completion letter/final transcript are welcome to apply!!Responsibilities:
- Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- Comply with Banks policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers assets are maintained.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
