Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a call centre/customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Possess own transport and able to work in rotating shifts, Saturdays and Public Holidays.
Customer oriented, pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to start work with less than 2 weeks\' notice.

Handling inbound/ incoming calls - Respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question about products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction through incoming calls or emails.
Resolve customers\' problems and complaints through follow ups case.

Working Hours: Rotating shift (Earliest shift starts at 8 AM, Latest shift ends at 7 PM)
