Skills & Abilities: o Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Mgmt/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent is preferable. o With 3+ years solid work experience, good knowledge and rich experience in organizing MICE events. o Admirable in oral and communication skills is essential o Good organizer with a natural ability to plan and organize self and work in order to achieve objectives and targets o Flexible and resilient; able to work under stress and tight deadlines both independently and with others o Excellent working history as regards with ethics, dependability and willingness to go extra miles and ability to learn quickly. o Excellent motivation & leadership skills to drive performance. o Good networking and negotiation skills.
