You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of inbound tour arrangements, ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients, and maintaining strong working relationships with local and overseas partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate inbound tour bookings and travel arrangements.
Liaise with
ground agents, suppliers, and partners
(especially from China and Taiwan) to ensure smooth tour operations.
Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and related documentation.
Coordinate airport transfers, hotel bookings, meals, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
Manage tour confirmations, invoicing, and ensure accuracy of all bookings.
Monitor and resolve any issues or last-minute changes in tour operations.
Maintain updated records of bookings and client details.
Ensure all tours are delivered with high quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of working experience
in inbound tour or travel operations.
Proficient in
written and spoken Chinese and English
(Mandarin required; Cantonese is an added advantage).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of local destinations, attractions, and travel suppliers is preferred.
