Job Description
- To attend customers & suppliers phone calls related to products and order inquiries
- To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery
- To ensure all materials are purchased/delivered according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO/DO
- Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries will be added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days / week (alternate Saturday)
