Responsible for acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's logistics services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop new business opportunities in logistics and transportation.
Meet clients to understand requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track sales activities and achieve monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree preferred; SPM with relevant experience is acceptable.
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Own transport and willing to travel.
