Objective of job

Technical Change Management

Provides simple, easy, safety and trusty processes to the productive areas

Working in cooperation with the production, logistic and quality departments

Principle activities

Data calculations (Analysis and summaries, Equipment Capacity)

Implementation and monitoring of ECN, PNC, TC, PI to all production, logistic and quality area received via BMW portal

Guide and organize change review meetings with all involved departments

Participating recurring customer change management meetings and transferring the knowledge to the team

Documentation control and documentation registration

Implementation and evaluation of time studies in all production, logistic and quality area

Creation and modification of line balancing

Create and modify work instructions, check sheets and visual aids

Responsible to update the layout according to all processes

Creation of new learning curve (ramp up)

Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions
