Job Responsibilities amongst others:

Prepare show cause letters and other disciplinary documentation. Conduct and manage domestic inquiries (DI) in accordance with company procedures. Handle matters involving the Labour Department and Industrial Relations Department. Advise management on employment law, employee relations, and disciplinary matters. Travel to company branches across Malaysia and Sabah to attend to employee disciplinary issues. Maintain compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Relations Act 1967.

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relations Act 1967) -- mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in industrial relations, human resources, or legal fields preferred. Diploma / degree in law, human resources or industrial relations will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month (commensurate with experience)
