Job Description




GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Ensure smooth and effective operation of Information Services. Provice efficient and quality service at all customers. Train; guide and supervise subordinates on their job.
ESSENTIAL POSITION
  • Lead the operation of the Information Services
  • Supervise subordinates in the team on daily operation matters
  • Handle customer relations service and handle complaints from customers
  • Advise subordinates in resolving problems and completing work
  • Respond to issue arises from any operational activities and escalate it to immediate superior
  • Update Standard Operating Procedure on information counter service when necessary
  • Collate information and produce report related to assigned unit
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct on company\'s dress code and practices
  • Handle VVIP/ VIP movement
  • Monitor subordinates annual leave; medical leaves; off day and sending monthly report to HR/ AM
  • Ensure that all leave forms and overtime forms are completed before submit to office
  • Prepare and review staff monthly roster
  • Ensure that announcement made is clear and precise
  • Get latest and accurate information on flight data
  • Provide customers with the latest and accurate information on flight information
  • Answer all calls within 3 rings; answer politely and professionally
  • Attend briefing meeting as and when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant Industries

Internal
  • Preferable diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience OR
  • STPM/ Certificate with minimum 5 years relevant working experience OR
  • SPM with minimum 7 years relevant working experience
  • Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least - Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B - Minimum Meet Expectations / C
  • The employee must not be subjected to any form of Disciplinary action for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion.
External
  • Preferable diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
