ESSENTIAL POSITION
Lead the operation of the Information Services
Supervise subordinates in the team on daily operation matters
Handle customer relations service and handle complaints from customers
Advise subordinates in resolving problems and completing work
Respond to issue arises from any operational activities and escalate it to immediate superior
Update Standard Operating Procedure on information counter service when necessary
Collate information and produce report related to assigned unit
Monitor staff performance and conduct on company\'s dress code and practices
Handle VVIP/ VIP movement
Monitor subordinates annual leave; medical leaves; off day and sending monthly report to HR/ AM
Ensure that all leave forms and overtime forms are completed before submit to office
Prepare and review staff monthly roster
Ensure that announcement made is clear and precise
Get latest and accurate information on flight data
Provide customers with the latest and accurate information on flight information
Answer all calls within 3 rings; answer politely and professionally
Attend briefing meeting as and when required
Perform other duties as assigned
