The Infosec Compliance Specialist is responsible for driving regional security compliance by ensuring that business units in EMEA & APAC operates in accordance with relevant Experian global policies, standards and guidelines. He / She will primary cover EMEA operation while providing backup to APAC. He/She is also responsible for reporting on the performance of the information security services and on the compliance of Experian Business Units against security standards and controls. This role will require skills such a project coordination, excellent communication both spoken and written and data analysis competence to be successful. 1-2 years of Cybersecurity experience or foundational certification in the field is desired but not mandatory.

Accountabilities

• Establish and report metrics on the performance and effectiveness of information security controls on regional and country level.
• Continually engage stakeholders to ensure metrics and dashboard are fit for purpose and are functional to stakeholders. Track & report progress and holds self and other accountable for delivery.
• Ensure timely reporting & delivery of compliance related metrics and dashboards
• Continually improve the compliance reporting landscape with a focus on actual vulnerabilities and threats
• Ensure leadership has clear visibility of the state of compliance of Experian\'s InfoSec landscape
• Encourage a collaborative relationship with stakeholders (Business, Cybersecurity and IT Ops) where gaps are openly declared, discussed, tracked, evaluated and addressed.
• Proactively analyse available data and come to root cause of non-compliances and establish remediation guidance to counter the issues. Use data analysis methods to bring new insights and support with smart and quick decision making.
• Establish the role as the \'trusted advisor\' for compliance related matters

Key Deliverables:

• Ensuring non-compliances are remediated in a timely basis to ensure EMEA & APAC does not have \xe2\x80\x9cred\xe2\x80\x9d scores on the security dashboard
• Enabling a proactive compliance approach where potential issues are flagged and resolved before they become non-compliances
• Ensuring an accurate, balanced and action- oriented risk view is made available for leadership level discussions.
• Continuously optimise and improve and simplify security operation processes resulting in increased productivity and efficiencies.
• Coordinate amongst different team to deliver positive outcomes in support of risk reduction efforts.
• Track and coordinate multiple workstream and periodically reporting on progress, risk, successes etc.

Qualifications

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

5 years) in roles with similar accountabilities to those above. * Experience and understanding of the basic security elements (e.g. application, network.

• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders over vast geographic locations and manage escalations.
• Ability to work with remote / virtual teams and across diverse cultures.
• Skills in the development of dashboards, metrics and leadership material.
