\xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the production teams to ensure work is efficient and meets the standards of the creators and distributors of the content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creation of new products either from raw materials or by assembling different components through physical, chemical or mechanical \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide engineering support to maximize production efficiencies and maintain all associated plant equipment and machine at the manufacturing branch \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out shutdown work and deliver projects as per business requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement permanent corrective actions to reoccurring issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partners with Procurement, Quality, and product engineering in support of the specific business segment and as an advocate for both the design center and the manufacturing plant of choice \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible owner for the overall manufacturing process from concept to production hand off \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for building the manufacturing quote summary based on inputs from each technical expertise group \xe2\x80\xa2 Fully integrated in technical solutions by leading the technical investigation and developing the solution through collaboration and direct hands on when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to undertake training as and when required by the business.
