• Providing technical advice on all aspects for specification of control panel, MCC, cabling, systems integration, process instrumentation for various process plant packages.
• Preparation of Tender Documents and Specification (General and Particular Specification) when required.
• Provide input for Tender Bid Analysis.
• Joint review of P&IDs relating to equipment, instrumentation and load schedules.
• Reviewing subcontractor drawings and specifications against industry standards.
• Providing EICA interface information that is available to stakeholders/subcontractors in order for their design to be completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Providing EICA input into design activities by other disciplines (e.g. FDS, PCN, Instrument and Equipment selection, etc.).
• Supervising EPC Contractor during construction, testing and commissioning of Control and Instrumentation Systems, Interlocks, SCADA, etc. for process system and its auxiliaries, and the related balance of plant and equipment.

Qualifications

• Support site supervision and plant commissioning activities
• Practical/site experience in electrical systems, process instrumentation, control system software engineering
• Prepare and review instrument lists such as equipment list, IO list, I/O assignment, Instrument Index, datasheet, Serial Interface list, cable list, etc.
• Incorporate instrumentation and control systems, IT package and infrastructure (including cybersecurity) to achieve plants' integration and functional objectives
• Develop Ethernet and fieldbus network design, architecture, layout and other drawings
• Design of HV/LV power systems, SLD, lighting, lightning, earthing and fire alarm systems
