Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

System Analyst (Intermediate/Senior Level)

to join our dynamic team at Datakraf Solution Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of enterprise applications and IT projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into functional specifications, system designs, workflows, and use cases. Act as the bridge between business users and the technical/development team. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, upgrades, or integrations. Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis for new system initiatives. Support project implementation, system configuration, testing (UAT/SIT), and deployment activities. Prepare technical and functional documentation, including user manuals and training guides. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to relevant teams when required. Provide advisory and technical support for enterprise solutions, cloud integration, and IT infrastructure projects. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields. 3-6 years (Intermediate) / 7+ years (Senior) of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar IT/enterprise system role. Strong experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. Good understanding of

system integration, databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL), and enterprise applications

. Familiarity with

SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices

. Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

or enterprise solutions is an advantage. Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and IT operations support. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Professional certifications such as

CBAP, CCBA, ITIL, PMP, or cloud-related certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

. Experience with

DevOps, APIs, microservices, or system automation tools

. Exposure to

enterprise-level projects (banking, telco, government, or large-scale IT transformation initiatives)

. Prior experience in

mentoring or leading junior analysts

Pay: RM4,537.13 - RM8,000.00 per month
